Arrival to New York

Transportation to The Frederick HOTEL TRIBECA

  • Please read the following steps before you arrive to the airport:

    • Step 1: Download the UBER app to your phone

    • Step 2: You should have received a text message with a specific voucher code

      • Please use this code when scheduling your uber for pick up

      • You will only be allowed to select UBER X vehicles

      • Route your destination to The Frederick Hotel Tribeca at 95 W Broadway, New York, NY 10007

      • The code/voucher will cover the complete cost of the UBER, so please DO NOT pay with your own personal card

    • Step 3: Arrive at Hotel

  • NOTE: These same rules apply for your trip back to the airport (LaGuardia)

  • You may check in and drop your bags as soon as you arrive on Thursday

  • You will only need a valid ID to check in, and will not be required to provide any form of payment

  • Note: Rooms may not be ready until 3pm. If your room is not ready, you may leave your bags with the front desk. They will contact you once your room is ready.

Serafina Italian Restaurant | Attached to The Frederick Hotel

Enter Serafina through the door to the left of the check-in desk in the lobby of the hotel. Go up the stairs that are located in the center of the restaurant. CLASS: THE NYC EXPERIENCE staff will be present to help direct you.

Dinner will be served.

***If your flight will require you to miss dinner, please text your assigned staff member upon arrival to The Fredrick Hotel and we will meet you in the lobby to provide you with all the materials!

The remainder of the evening will be on your own.
